Karate Cow is a Holstein cow and karate master in possession of the coveted ‘black and white belt’, which represents the level of ability above a black belt.

Green-screen footage of Karate Cow showing off her moves is used as the intro to Cow Review from episodes 7 to 9 of season 1, set to the Dave Ruffy & Mark Wallis Remix of Carl Douglas' Kung Fu Fighting. Starting in episode 10, the intro was removed, with Josh explaining that he had received several complaints about it.

In Kung Pow! Enter the Fist

Karate Cow was cast to play Moo Nieu in the movie Kung Pow! Enter the Fist. The character is heavily based on her likeness, with writer Steve Oedekerk even stating that he wrote the role for her, knowing that she could perform her own stunts.

In the movie, Moo Nieu engages in a karate battle against The Chosen One, wielding her giant udders as a weapon to squirt milk. The Chosen One is eventually able to defeat Moo Nieu by milking her udders dry.
