Dolphin Cow

Dolphin Cow acquired his name after making appearances swimming alongside dolphins off the coast of major holiday destinations. Due to his unnatural ability to perform dolphin-like movements in the water, he is believed to be a genetically engineered hybrid creature, the likes of which could only have been created with government technology beyond the cutting edge. While no evidence proves that he originates from Russia, he is known to have ties with several prominent figures of the Russian mafia, and Russians who encounter him are said to make an "evil smirk" for brief moments before calming down.
